Purchase Membership

You must purchase an annual membership for $150 to have access to the download area. You may download the Membership Authorization form to obtain pre-approval from your council or board.  There are two easy ways to purchase a membership:

1. You can pay online from a secure website and have instant access to the member’s download area. This is a two step process. To pay online you click the Subscribe! button below to be directed to PaySimple, a secure, free, and easy way to pay using ACH Direct-Debit processing (electronic check). You need to fill in the boxes; in the Company box put your government’s name; you do not need to check the box for Set Recurring Payment and you do not have to set up a user Name or Password in PaySimple; you must click in the box next to I accept the terms and conditions; then click the Pay Now button and your payment is complete. You will be directed to a confirmation page. To exit the confirmation page go to the top right of the page and click Log out. You are then directed to the Martin’s Clerk Assistance, LLC membership enrollment page. Here you will complete the second step by creating your personal profile including ID and Password for the members area of www.clerkassist.com. Once you have completed this process you will be directed to a log in area where you can enter your log in and password and enter the membership area. To begin the online payment process, click the Subscribe! button.  If you pay online remember to post the $150.00 charge to your books.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. You can also pay by check. Send your check for $150.00 payable to Martin’s Clerk Assistance, LLC, by mail to P. O. Box 89, Clarksburg, OH 43115-0089. Once I receive your check I will e-mail you a payment confirmation with a link to enroll in the website. Make sure you include your e-mail address with your check so I can find you! You will click the link from your payment confirmation e-mail and it will direct you to the membership enrollment page. Here you will create your personal profile including ID and Password for www.clerkassist.com. Once you have completed this process you will be directed to a log in area where you can enter your log in and password and enter the membership area.
